Our client, a leading food manufacturer is seeking a Quality Manager to provide leadership and manage the execution of quality and food safety programs.

What we are looking for:

Create and provide training to team on quality and food safety
Responsible for ensuring all manufacturing facilities properly execute procedures to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance (FSMA, HACCP, GMP, Pest Control, Allergen and Chemical Control)
Provides leadership in coaching, education, and development of plant quality staff. Responsible for performance management process and KPI metrics.
Conducts internal audits to continually assess compliance and makes recommendations for system improvements

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Bachelor of Science in Food/Nutrition Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or another related field
3-5years of Quality Management experience
HACCP and PCQI Certified
