Our client, a leading manufacturer of consumer goods is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead their sales force and develop the Canadian market. In this exciting position you will be responsible for demonstrating a true “hunter” mentality to drive sales and increase overall profitability.
What we are looking for you to do:
Increase sales with existing clients and new business development
Deliver hands-on guidance and coaching to team, responsible for performance management, team structure and delivering sales fundamentals.
Participate in industry events- including conferences, trade shows and industry specific events
Develop and negotiate customer proposals and distributor partnerships
Deliver customized presentations to clients
30-40% travel within Canada
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Experience selling to Hospitals and/or Large Clinics
5 years of experience selling Cleaning/Disinfecting chemicals, Medical/Surgical products and/or Pharmaceuticals
