What’s for dinner?

Foxy Family Fishy Dishy (serves 5/6)

2 salmon fillets, skinless and boneless

3 haddock fillets, skinless and boneless

carton ready made cheese sauce

Couple of handfuls of frozen peas

2 ready made mashed potato   

Few little bits of butter

Cut the fish into cubes, add peas (still frozen) and mix with the sauce  

Put the mash on top, scraping it up with a fork to rough up the surface a bit, then dot with butter.

Cook in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about half an hour

Best served with steamed broccoli or kale
